Our 1st Professional Product

Our flagship knife sharpener - was launched in 1994, and it remains one of the world’s most popular and well-known sharpeners to this day.

Since then, we have expanded our offerings to include knives, carts, and small appliances that make food prep enjoyable.

From the classic and versatile chef’s knife to a wide range of knives specifically developed for individual uses, our products can be found in fine dining restaurants, popular resorts and hotels, and in homes around the world, and we continue to expand our reach.

Our Collaboration with
Chef Martin Yan
In 2006, we were so confident with our flagship knife sharpener that we reached out to well-known chefs asking if they would try it. We had the chance to see Chef Martin Yan in Harrah’s in Reno, Nevada during one of his cooking events. We met him outside after the event, struck up a conversation, and luckily, Martin invited us to have lunch!
We later asked Chef Martin Yan to endorse our sharpener, and he agreed to test it. Jack showed him how easily and quickly our product could sharpen knives, but unfortunately, nothing came of that meeting. Some time passed, and Jack decided to call Chef Yan. When he answered the call, he thought Jack was Jackie Chan of movie fame at first, and he asked some questions about the United States area code on the caller ID.
From that point forward, we have collaborated with Chef Yan on our products. Right before we launched our premium sharpener, Chef Yan tested it and found a bit of vibration, so we sent it back to the manufacturer demanding nothing but perfection. Today, that very same sharpener is used by Panda Express and several other chain restaurants.
We are fortunate to have such a wonderful friendship and collaboration with Chef Yan, and we are grateful for his professional input. His opinions have played an important role in ensuring the quality of our products.
